Caravane Tighmert was founded by Bouchra Boudali, Ahmed Dabah and Carlos Perez (through the association Les Amis du Festival Caravane Tighmert and Marsad Drâa). As co-organisers there are also Mohamed Arejdal, M'barek Bouchihci and the Scouts of Tighmert.
